BENEFICIAL RENTALOF WAREHOUSE SPACE

We offer the possibility of renting warehouse space in order for the producer/distributor to start their own business, e.g.:

• a pharmaceutical wholesaler,
• a veterinary wholesaler,
• a cosmetics and drugstore products wholesaler,
• a food wholesaler.

The support of the above-mentioned forms of activity may be performed by qualified employees of Centrala Farmaceutyczna CEFARM SA and fully adjusted to the specific nature of the products' storage and the contractor's requirements related to its trade (specialised staff of technical and warehouse workers). We have experience in running our own and foreign pharmaceutical wholesalers, and as part of the service we declare technical assistance and preparation of documentation necessary to start up the business.

We have two high-class warehouses (Warsaw, Radomsko) located near the main transport routes. They are fully adapted to store pharmaceutical products in all temperature zones: cold store (2-8°C), cooling zone (8-15°C) and room temperature (15-25°C). Additionally, the warehouse in Warsaw has deep-freezing rooms. The temperature and humidity level in each room is monitored by a validated computer system.

The goods entrusted to us are stored in warehouse buildings that are:

• Insured
• Protected and monitored around the clock
• Compliant with all fire safety requirements
• Monitored for climatic conditions
• Equipped with a regularly validated specialised technical infrastructure
